Future Shapes Youth Fitness Program for Girls
Girls in grades 8 - 12,
As your fall season starts to wind down, or if you're preparing for your upcoming sport season, consider signing up now for our Strength and Conditioning Program.
As in the past, our group size will always remain small (8 person maximum) allowing for a more focused training environment.
We are offering both 4 week or 8 week programs with 1 or 2 days per week option.
Please see the attached informational flyer for program information, including days, time slots, pricing, etc. We are presently offering the following:
Adaptation Group : Mondays and/or Wednesdays, 7:30 pm - 8:45 pm

If you don't already have the Future Shapes APP, please click onto our website's homepage, www.futureshapes.com and download it today! You can register, choose days, etc. from the convenience of your phone.
Also, please click on the Girls Strength and Conditioning tab on our website to fill out either the "Returning Athlete Form" or the "New Athlete Form" along with the Parent Consent Form. You will also find instructions for setting up program and payment options.
